Assigning pricing level through an online form

I hope someone can help me with this. We have both individual customers and business customers that purchase from our store. Individual customers will get the regular price level and the business customer will get a wholesale discount. Right now we have a seperate registration form where businesses can signup to be a 'wholesale' customer. Internally we receive an email telling us the business name and email address. We then need to manually adjust the price level. Is there a way we can have the price level automatically update once the customer fills out the online form?

Please any help is greatly appreciated.:)
