Welcome Flash Not Working

Hello all, I'm working on a Welcome Flash animation on This Site -- San Francisco Shutter Co. As you will see after visiting, there is a broken link on the home page. This is the .swf file I've uploaded. The odd thing is that if you are in a browser OTHER than IE, you can right-click, then "View Image" (or something to that effect) and it shows the Flash as it should work! I was told the document had to be less than 30kb (so small!), and I condensed it to 20kb. It's sitting in my File Cabinet > Images folder, and I've tried it in different directories, not that I thought that would have much
