Grouping Related Items by Category

Greetings!

When related items are displayed for any particular item, is it possible to group them by category?

Here's an example with about 40 related items in a "hodge-podge" sort of organization: http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.644536/it.A/id.738/.f

Any guidance will be appreciated!
