Multiple Related Item List Templates

Does anyone know how to use multiple related item templates?  I have a few different series of products and I need specific information displayed in the related item list templates for each series.  I do not see how to specify which related item list template is used in the help files and I do not see any options for it in the item itself such as the drill-down template.

I don't need to change the related item list cell template, just the list.

Any Ideas?
