Anyone now hot to Uncheck the default "This address is also my billing address" field

Hey All,

This is most likely an easy question but I can't seem to figure it out.

I would like to have the "This address is also my billing address" field on the "Address" page during check out to be default "Unchecked"

Our company is a set up for gift giving so rarely is the person buying the gift sending it to themselves.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
