Releasing cache in customer center

I am having a heck of time trying to work through various script and style changes to the customer center because the cache will not let go of previously loaded scripts and stylesheets.

Does anyone know of a way to force release the cache in the customer center? Believe me, control-refresh, clear cache from browser, even clear cookies does not work. The only somewhat consistent trend I see is that the cache seems to clear and update every 5 minutes or so on its own. Can't tell if this is browser related or NS running some cahce cleanup in the background. But whatever it is, it is way to long to have to wait each time. I wish NS had an admin control that you could run to tell it to clear all
