Transaction item options

Can anyone tell me if there is away to call the Transaction Item Options through a <%=getAttribute('recordType', 'id', 'attribute')%> tag, or any other tag?

I am trying to display the item options on the category level page as well as the item page and I can't seem to figure this one out.
