New website theme

We created a new theme to be used for our checkout and customer center pages (we now have an external website). We created templates for all regions on page (header, sidebar, footer as external website) and used <NLCOLUMNCONTENTS> for content area. We hoped that this would bring in the relevant content in our framework. Sadly the content does not stay in the place we have dedicated to any page content. It pushes sidebar to left and starts underneath the sidebar instead of next to it. We centered our design with the addition of 'style="text-align:center;"' to the body tag and our
