Increasing # of items on a Category Page

Can anyone provide a solution to increasing the # of items on a category page?
Currently our website shows 12 items on a page and then if a customer wants to see more, they must go to page 2 which shows another 12 items and then they must go to page 3, 4, 5 and so on.

We need for the customers to be able to see all of the items on one page.
