Advanced Site Customization - Lost

Hi,

We have the advanced site customization module and I'm about to start working on the company's website. I read through the Netsuite Website Guide and now i'm lost.

Where do i start? Item templates first, layout first, themes first?

And websites have different pages do we use one template/layout to code the content of each page?

But what about the store pages?

Need help please?
