simi cart feature

Hi,

Quick feature is a small box added in right navigation bar as example, contains items in cart but in brief layout as qty and a segment of item name with price (see the following example)

if the customer add 2 items from "xyzxyzxyz" (where xyzxyzxyz is the item name). the following should displayed in quick cart:

2 X xyzx... $14.00

any ideas to create this feature and add it in web store?
