HTML Tag Attribute

When i view the source of our netsuite website i notice that the <html> tag is  missing xmlns attribute.

It should be:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">

Is it possible to add attribute to the html tag in netsuite?
