Give customer the ability to edit pending approval SOs

Hi,

When customer submit an order, it will be displayed in orders section in Customer care section - when viewing the order, 4 buttons displayed (Cancel, Print, Email and Fax)

Is there a way to give customer the ability to edit order (as shipping method, address, items...) before approve order - only if order is pending approval - ?
