How di I center the item list cell in it's container

I can edit the list cell template all I want but it is deployed within the category list template. It is not actually there, it seem to be inside a tag <NLITEMLIST> but I can't center that. It looks like there must be a table within <NLITEMLIST> and it is set to left justify. I can't find how to get to that template to substitute it with a custom tag. Does anyone know what the raw <NLITEMLIST> code looks like so that I can make a custom tag and fix the problem?



Below is the Item list cell template, and above you can see it inside another table - left justified.
