Matrix Item options

I am looking for a solution for matrix items with 2 or more option dropdowns. I only want to display options that are in stock in a possible cascade fashion. Has anyone built a solution to this.

Currently NetSuite supports the conditional display of 1 matrix item option by setting the out of stock items not to display in the store. However when there are 2 or more options, this does not work and NetSuite does not support this.

If anyone has a solution, I am very interested.
