Is there a way to --- Limit a e-commerce purchase to specific people ?

Would like to sell an item through our Netsuite e-commerce store, but want to limited it to a certain customer base that would be buying the one product.  The item would not be available to the general public, but only this specific group of individuals that would order , and pay , and take delivery throught Netsuites. . Is there a way to limit this product to buyers with a special login ? or access code to this web store specific item.
