Custom login Form for webstore

Hi everyone,

im putting together a website in Netsuite and yet again simple little tasks seem to be all too difficult for netsuite to handle.

What im trying to acheive is place a login form on the side navigation, not a link to the login form in netsuite.

Ive tried copying and pasting the code out of Netsuite's login page into a page to see if that works, however everytime i hit submit, i get a website down for maintenance screen.

has any body been able to do something like this ?
