Moving the Buy Button

Hi,

I have recently come into a problem that I can't seem to remedy. I wish to move the Buy button (which is under the related items) shown here...

I would like to know how to make the button appear under the quanity / price box like how it is up above.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
