Custom Template

I have taken a template I downloaded and managed to get it to work in netsuite. But the problem is that the old netsuite template appears right under the footer with its own menu.

I have no idea how to get rid of the old template under the footer and how do i get the netsuite menu to work in my template/ apear in my template??

Any help appreciated thanks!
