Add a Category as a Related Item

Hi all,

We have categories for accessories that come in 100+ varieties (basically varous shades of colors). We want to link these accessories with the products that use them, but don't want 100+ related items.

Is there a way to list the category they're in as a related item? Or another, better way to link to these products in the related item area?
