display disclaimer in shipping phase only when choosing UPS

Hi,

we would like to display some information in shipping phase from checkout, but these information related only to UPS not USPS, so can we display these information only when customer choose UPS as a shipping method and hide them when changing to USPS?

and we need to display them under shipping methods not above them, is it possible?

if not, can we customize the text displayed under shipping methods which is displaying UPS logo and some rights notes related to UPS, so I will add information needed there...
