Remove links in Customer center

I need to remove below links from my customer center, i do not have TAGs feature to substitute CSS. also i do not have any SSP  or advanced web site site feature, Please advice me can we write any user event or any script to remove below links from customer center.
if possible, please provide me sample script.
I have tried to customize customer center role, but i am unable to remove  these links.

        Set Preferences
Campaign Subscription Center
Outstanding Balance
Outstanding Orders

        Portlet;
        Quick View Portlet
