SSP - tags, terms and syntax

OK... it has been mentioned in other threads, but I'm putting it out there in a standalone...

Can anyone at NS (or anyone else actually... doesn't bother me) provide a concise resource on this templating language thingy that we use for SSP? It would be really handy.

I want to start putting logic into my templates to display some options for some customers and not for others but I'm stumped as to where to begin.
