Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
SSP, tax and promocodes
Seems that (in AU anyway) GST (10% tax) and promocodes don't cooperate with SSP.
I just placed an order for an item worth $6.16 and applied a promocode worth $12. Now normally, it would apply only $6.16 worth of the promocode and the order would be $0.
BUT... in this instance, the code applied $6.16 against the before tax item price of $5.60, leaving a negative sale amount of $0.62 cents.
Ideally, if we are going to give away stock, we don't wanna give away $$ too!
