Reference Checkout 2.02 - Remove All Registration and Login

Hi there,

We would like to test out some new functionality. I am trying to completely disable the register and login page that comes up when you are not logged in and try to checkout.
I went to setup>site builder>setup website in the shopping tab and changed customer registration to disabled. It seems that thee login page still comes up when attempting to checkout so I went into index.ssp and commented out the code that redirects to the login page when not logged in. Then I ent into Orderwizard.Module.RegisterEmail.JS and made the guest checkout email field always visible.
