Popup on Page load

We are having a problem with customers ordering the wrong item and exchanging it.

For certain items we would like a popup box with an image to display when that item is opened on the website.

This would only be displayed on certain items.  Maybe a lightbox with just the image and the X to close it.

Can anyone help me with instructions on how to set that up for a page load of an item
