Partner in Commerce API missing

I'm working on customizing the Reference My Account SSP to include the Partner associated with the currently logged in customer.

According to https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/Output/Help/SuiteCommerceWebSite/CommerceAPI/customer.html

'partner' should be returned in the JSON object; however it is not.  Is this a bug?

I've tested this by adding in 'balance' and that field is added to the Profile model, so I know the code is working.
