Reference Cart 2.04.0 Combining Shipping and Handling

Now, in the order_wizard_cart_summary.txt, my
shipping and handling appears in different lines

----------------Like below -------
Subtotal (2 items)    $5.00  Shipping
  $8.14  Handling
  $7.95  GST

Has anyone tried to combine display of Shipping and Handling in one  or help me with the codes below to display Shipping and Handling in one field.
