How to add new function in Models.js

While adding new function in Models.js ssp file is giving following error "Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function". I tried creating new function called removeLineAll in models.js and is called by Cart.Views.js. The function is meant for removing all items from the cart based on some item options value.

Do we have to define function as well some where?
