OneWorld :: Cust. Logins Resetting Mysteriously :: Please HELP This Stop
Hi all,
Thanks in advance for any help.
We recently upgraded to OneWorld and our websites now operate as two different subsidiaries.
Here is whats happening:

[*]Customer Registers for Site (We walk them through and make sure they have access).
[*]Within a day or two their registration is no longer valid. (It actually throws an error that lets them know we have a record in the system but that they are not registered for the site)

What we need to happen:

[*]All of our Reps should be able to log into either of the websites with the same login credentials to view pricing and products
