Reference My Account - TypeError: Cannot read property "cache" from undefined (Models.js#1

Have just done a new install of Reference My Account and Reference Checkout into a Sitebuilder website.

The Reference Checkout is working well.

When I set the Touchpoint for My Account to the Custom My Account or the Reference My Account we are getting the following error:

TypeError: Cannot read property "cache" from undefined (Models.js#19)

I went back through the installation notes.

Anyone come across this one before?
