Allow customer to select Partial Shipment or Ship Complete

Hi,

I would like to make customer to decide ship complete or not from the web store when the sales order is being created from the web. As we have ship complete field on top of netsuite sales order form, I want to check this when customer places an order from the web for ship complete. Is there any way that we can create a field in web store and sync with netsuite field?
