problems with domain and shopping application get request

We recently refreshed the sandbox. I set up everything again but the SCA Mont Blanc site was still not showing up on the domain I set it to. If I just type in the domain, it does not work. If I add '/c.#######/sca-dev-montblanc/shopping.ssp' (# is in place of our account number), then it shows a 404 error. But from that 404 error page, if I click on any of the header links, they show up under the domain that I had set up for sandbox. However, if I click view source say on the home page, the source shows a
