contact id of user who places order...
Hi,
I've recently discovered that the Advanced webstore doesnt track the contact ID of the user who has placed an order. -- i thought nothing surprised me with Netsuite til I found this out.
So with that in mind, Im hoping the people of the user group might be able to let me know if my theory would possibly work within Netsuite?
User logs in and places items in their cart
proceeds to checkout
user ID of authenticated user is extracted from users session (im hoping this is possible)
and stored in a hidden field within the checkout
Through the checkout, the sales order form has a field to capture the hidden user id if it exists
