Vinson My Account for SiteBuilder Cases - Type of Inquiry options - using Case Issue
I've been trying to have the Cases use the Case Issue field (issue) instead of the Case Type (category) while creating new cases, and displaying current and old cases. I've gotten some of the pieces working, but not all. Any ideas would be helpful.
I'm trying to just replace the case type (category) field with the case Issue field. It works for displaying the case issue fields, but they do not get written to the new case.
Here is what changes I've made so far:
On the Case.Model.js I changed the var category_field = case_record.getField('category') to var category_field = case_record.getField('issue'); and added
