SCA Elbrus - Exposing custom fields on product list page

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to modify my site so that users can scroll through all the items and select the items they want and add all items to the cart at one time.

I currently have this working except that items with selectable properties such as colour and size won't be added as there is no property selected. I can't get these lists to display on the page along with the rest of the details that are loaded along with the items. Would anyone be able to offer any help as to why this may be?
