Adding a New Tab on Customer Account Page

Hey,

I have an online customer form which I need to add to the customer account page via a Tab - 'Upload Documents'. We're not using anything special, it's a stand-alone Netsuite.

Just to clarify - When a customer logins in, then click on My Account and you have several tabs - Overview, Orders, Billing, etc.

Any idea's?
