SB Premium Elbrus - where are the .tpl files?

Trying to customize SB Premium Elbrus for the Reference My Account features as well as the new shopping cart.

Where are the .tpl files located? I can only find the javascript files which for example - myaccount.js - all reference things such as SCM["overview_home.tpl"] -- where is that file located? Where can I make changes so I can customize the SB Premium Elbrus that was installed?
