Permission to Edit but not Create custom record
Hello.
We can't seem to toggle the various settings to make this work, so I'm wondering if it's even possible to allow a salesperson to EDIT an existing instance of a custom "child" record, but to not CREATE additional instance(s).
In this scenario, a workflow creates the lone instance when appropriate, but it is the salespersons' responsibility to maintain that record's fields. We do NOT want multiple records.
