Rollup Formula Recommendation

Hi all. I was hoping for any recommendations on how to best solve this problem.

We have a custom record where users can relate multiple Opportunity Records to a record.  Users have now requested to see the sum of the projected total across all related Opportunity Records.  Any recommendations on how to best achieve this?
