Custom Transaction Column Field on Item Receipts - Committed

Hi, im looking to get an items "Committed" stock level onto line items on "Item Receipts". We want to be able to see what the committed stock level is of an item when receiving purchase orders. After speaking with NS they have mentioned that we need to use a formula that involves looking up an items location...

Any formulas other than standard sums are above me so i need some help writing this formula. Does anyone have any ideas?

We tried the standard {quantitycommitted} which results in a "ERROR: Field Not Found".
