Print Packing Slips Inconsistency for Custom Forms

I have been working on trying to customize my packing slip to include pricing and totals. However, the information is not sourced from the sales order to the item fulfillment. Customizing a packing slip does not show any line item prices.

I checked with my Netsuite rep, and she suggested I go to
Transactions -> Management -> Print Checks and Forms -> Print Packing Slips.

When I do this I have the ability to (re-)print packing slips (in bulk) for my outstanding item fulfillments.

In the Packing Slip Form, I am able to choose any Packing Slip form OR Invoice Form
