Custom Field - Formula Field
We have created a custom record - freight info - to track the different freight charges that are associated with our integration jobs as we have multiple shipments, both direct and standard. The custom record contains the following fields...
-date
-record owner
-type (cost/exp, Revenue, Note)
-amount
-related Sales Order
The 'type' field indicates whether the 'amount' field indicates if the record is a cost, revenue or simply a note with special instructions. The 'amount' field indicates the amount of the cost or revenue and the 'Related Sales Order' field is a list record that indicates the Parent record Sales Order.
