Creating a Case from a Transaction
Hi,
Does anyone know how you could create a link on a transaction record which would then pop-up a new case with the relevant info from the transaction (e.g. customer, transaction reference, etc) completed in the case?
I have tried to do this by way of an inline HTML field but I can't figure out how to pass the values to the new case. Easy enough to have it pop-up a blank case.
We link all of our cases to transactions so this would save a bit of time when we create cases.
Appreciate any thoughts/suggestions.
