Item Cost Total on Item Fulfillment Record

I am wondering if anyone has been able to pull the total item cost on an item fulfillment record.

We want to be able to see the total item cost under the customer record>sales>transactions tabs. We have created a custom field "cost" that pulls the individual item cost but not the full item cost (quantity*cost) nor can we create a column using a formula to do so resulting in us not being able to create a column using a formula to calculate the grand cost total.  :h_a_w:
