Classic Disclaimer Layout

I'm trying to implement disclaimers on my Purchase Orders. I've tried entering the text in setup > company > printing, fax & email preferences, but according to the help doc, that only works with HTML forms, and we're using PDF.

I see a number of the standard and classic PDF forms include the word "Disclaimer" in their title, and they do include a field called "disclaimer". When using these forms, it does not appear that they pull from the above location, could someone tell me where the disclaimer field on PDF forms is pulling from?
