Multiple Page PDF Issues

I have an issue with the columns section of my transaction custom PDF.  When It has to print multiple pages the column section runs to the bottom of the page does not break and even cuts out some of the line items.  How can I get the column section to to the next page?  I am also using a remittance form that prints on the last page of the invoice.  That seems to work but I still have issues with the invoice not showing all the line items.
