Date Approved on sales order
I'm trying to add a Date Approved field to Sales Orders. We want a visible, searchable field that displays the date a sales order is set to Pending Fulfillment - whether that happens when the SO is created or sometime after the fact (when the SO has been status Pending Approval for a time).
I have a Date-type field created ("Date Approved"), and currently have a workflow which mostly works.
The workflow as it stands is straightforward.
Basic Information:
Trigger on Before Record Submit
(all else blank)
Condition:
Document Status = Pending Fulfillment
(else blank)
