Dropdown turned into a list
I created a custom CRM dropdown field that sourced from a list and filtered on 3 other fields on the form. I saw that it was a dropdown (with a single arrow) when I was done. My colleague was trying to perfect the form and somehow turned it into a list field (with a double arrow). This means the user must click on the double arrow, then click on "List" to see what's in the dropdown. I need it to go back to being a normal single arrow dropdown to make it easier for the user. Does anyone know how
