Track changes to a custom "Status" field by time stamp for KPI's
Hi All,
I need to find a way to track the time-stamp of when a change is made to a drop-down field. I need these time-stamps to be usable in a KPI and easy to access from an end-user perspective. Right now, the only method I can think of is to create a DATE field for each status value. Then create a work-flow to populate that status's change date into a specific date field for that status. Is there an easier/cleaner method for this? System Notes includes to many other items and confuses the team that I am building this for.
